1983年生まれ。静岡県浜松市出身。2011年に設計事務所を設立。商業空間や公共施設など様々なデザインプロジェクトに 取り組みながら、一貫して人と空間の在り方について考え続けている。2019年には、社会の遊休スペースを時限的に占有し一般へ解放する運動を開始。2021年より、多摩美術大学環境デザイン学科の非常勤講師を務める。

While working on a variety of design projects, including commercial spaces and public facilities,Nakamura has been consistently exploring the nature of people and space.In 2019, he launched , a movement to temporarily occupy idle spaces in society and release them to the public.From 2021, he serves as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Environmental Design, at the Tama Art University.
